Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

You said all he had to do "ALLL HE HAD TO DO WAS GIVE THE STUFF BACK "

What stuff did he have to give back? Again, if it's "nuclear documents" why is the FBI just not making this a priority if they have been in communication. Seems they would say Trump has these XYZ documents and be done with it. But instead they are skating.

What part of "the documents" that didn't belong to him are you failing to reconcile?

It really doesn't matter what they were, could have been recipes' for all I care.

If the FBI asks you, then tells you to give something back that belongs to the government, you do it.

And it you don't, don't get butthurt when they come take it.

You'll find out soon enough

So, now, lets go back to your original question. Why wont he return these (lets add the word "alleged" to your question now that you admit you know nothing about these documents) alleged documents?

Now, the answer is simple. We need more facts about these alleged documents, to answer that question.

And there it is. It took a while but the truth is out.

Congrats man, I didnt think you had it in you.

Now if the rest of your buddies will have the courage to admit the same...
If MSM keeps saying it must be true. The production of this one has been given more thought than Liz on primetime TV though.

They're about to release that info and Trump knows and could release it as well. This is not a surprise to him

If you want documents you keep referring that are important, you don't wait months. You get them when you notice they are gone. Weakness by the FBI for not being able to secure receipts or nuclear documents. Default back to past lessons learned when trying to get Trump.

You'll find out soon enough - in the mean time, suck at the teat of the fat NYC realtor who got famous for being a douche.

Just realize that you not knowing in no way shape or form diminishes the fact that he had something he knew he wasn't supposed to and got back handed for his troubles.
Oh they know, they are being incredibly obtuse.

I don't gas what was in them and it doesn't matter, he broke the law and got his door kicked in for his troubles. It was easily avoided but then - well, then he wouldn't get to cry about being a victim.

You keep trying to defend the indefensible by trying to shape the narrative about the contents of the documents, the "contents" of the documents is just noise. That's where you keep falling on your face.

Maybe you should join the FBI and DOJ and give them your opinions on national security and how to go about things in a manner better suited to your timeline. Or, you could just make arm chair Monday morning quarter back audibles on an anonymous message board to help with your cognitive dissonance.

Just as an aside and in no way related to this matter - I wonder if anyone really cared about the contents of Hilary's email server - or if they just knew that she fuq'd up and that was enough to want to 'lock her up?'

You now that without knowing anything about the documents? You should take a break, you are exposing yourself in public.

Amazin'.

He had documents, they weren't his to possess.

What part of this very simple equation is escaping you?

You seem to be confused about the meaning of gaslighting, so I'm throwing you a bone. I know it must be difficult for native Russian speakers to get the meaning of this word.

Definition of GASLIGHTING

You know it's a bad look when @volgr has taken up the mantle of defense.

As @Orangeslice13 noted, nothing will happen - never does. But it's still fun to watch the trump dumpster burn.

Trump has those facts and has for a while

"We" don't need that specific info to form an opinion

We absolutely do. If this was a dispute between the NAs and Trump over what Trump considered personal papers and they considered government property then this whole thing was a huge overreaction by the DOJ. He has every right to dispute the requests of the NAs and if they couldn't come to a resolution they should have filed a civil suit. If Trump was actually in possession of classified documents pertaining to national security he needs to be prosecuted.

Saying "well he should have just turned everything over" is lazy. The details do matter.

How do you know they weren't his to possess without knowing what the documents were? He says they are his. National archives saying they aren't. But the national archives aren't the end all, be all.

Did it matter what was on Hilarys email server? Could have been pintrest shares for all you know.

actually both players know their opponents hand and the fbi called Trump. That's telling

This is true , it’s also true that it was a bad political move in their part right before mid terms . One could argue it wa even stupid on their part .

Yet, you admit you don't know anything about the documents...but somehow you know they weren't his to possess.

Yes.

Everyone knew they weren't his to posses. So say's the national archives, the FBI and the DOJ, the federal judge who signed the warrant and apparently whomever was in donny's inner circle that ratted him out.

On a side note, just as a special FU, I hope who ever did that gets the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Joe.
