Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

They've been at this since at least Feb. To get to this point without ever going to court shows me Trump likely dragged his feet or thought nothing would happen

He knows what docs and very likely knew before they were seized.

So what? They might have come to an impasse in what they considered the documents to be. If they were so dire to national security WTH did they wait 7 months to act? Why not seize them in January while they were there in the house examining the documents in his possession? Articles state that the FBI saw all of them and suggested they better secure the room they were being kept in, that lends me to believe that there was nothing of national security importance in them otherwise they would have taken them then. If it were documents in dispute and they just couldn't agree between state and personal property why didn't the NAs just file a civil suit?

I’ve said it many times before so one more won’t hurt I guess .. only the left could somehow take a NYC real estate developer and make a folk hero out of him , and continue to make it seem like he’s the little guy fighting against the federal government. Leave him alone and he will fade away , keep trying to get him and he will be in the spot light talking about how corrupt the establishment is until he dies . It’s literally what populists do .

Alright, lets go back and QUOTE YOU EXACTLY!! So everyone can see what a fraud you are.

My original post to you...
FBI executed search warrant on Trump

Your response..."maybe he did, maybe he didn't"
FBI executed search warrant on Trump

Now lets go back to why you're upset...has my quote below taken you out of context? Would you like to clarify your "maybe he did, maybe he didn't" quote?

You're literally too stupid to debate.

I'm apologize but I can't understand these very simple concepts for you.

Go thump your chest and claim victory while the rest of us look at your posts with the same amusement we get watching toddlers play t-ball.

Here is more from Kash regarding what could be a mere misunderstanding. Again, not saying his claims are true.

I'm not saying what Kash is claiming is true, but there is a possibility that Trump ordered documents to be declassified that were never formally declassified. Not even claiming any wrong doing. It could have been an innocent procedural or administration error. However, you guys are certain this isn't didn't happen. How? I don't know?

As with any E.O., there are procedures. You can’t just claim something as declassified and that be the end of it.

Where has he said the docs in question were his to legally possess? I haven't seen that statement
When did Trump claim they were his? He hasn’t even disclosed what they took.
He hasn't but I think it's reasonable to assume he has that take given he hasn't handed them over. Him being right is yet to be seen.

If Democrats don't show something compelling, this won't go well: basically the **** that came up with the impeachment.

I am going to reserve judgement to see how everything pans out but an FBI raid on a rival is a scary though no matter how people in this message board spin it.

Still, no one knew then and no one knows now - you claimed the details matter. I'm simply stating that the circumstance were similar and yet donny is being given a pass until we "know for sure" what's in the box.

Personally, I'd have perfectly OK with the FBI kicking in Hilary's doors to retrieve it.

I'm not giving Trump a pass, if he had documents that could negatively affect national security prosecute his ass. So yeah the details matter.

Ok. I sourced my side. People can decide for themselves.

Your source consisted of you outing yourself as not being able to comprehend a simple statement.

LOL, dummy.

Maybe I'm being too hard on you, perhaps you never completed the third grade.

We absolutely do. If this was a dispute between the NAs and Trump over what Trump considered personal papers and they considered government property then this whole thing was a huge overreaction by the DOJ. He has every right to dispute the requests of the NAs and if they couldn't come to a resolution they should have filed a civil suit. If Trump was actually in possession of classified documents pertaining to national security he needs to be prosecuted.

Saying "well he should have just turned everything over" is lazy. The details do matter.
If they were national security threats why is the NA pushing and not the NSA or Pentagon don't they cover national security threats?

A federal judge signing a warrant to retrieve them, the FBI and the DOJ saying the weren't trumps donny's claim.

Stomping your feet and demanding you get to keep something the legal system says isn't yours isn't a great plan.
All stemming from the national archives claim. You keep missing the point. Without knowing what the files are, we can't possibly assume one of the parties is correct.

No, I'm suggesting that you comply with law enforcement and absolutely take the fight to a court room where it belongs. Defying the DOJ, the FBI and a federal judge and then pretending you're a victim is laughable.

Going to court is something that Trump would be happy to do as he does it often. Instead, he wants it to play out in social media, where he can control the court of low IQ opinion, tell lies with impunity and play the victim.

I may have missed it but I have not seen where he defied a federal judge's order. Why would he simply comply with the DOJ/FBI, he has the resources to fight them in court. None of us know what/where the conversations between Trump and the NAs were left off.

You were hung by YOUR OWN WORDS. I even gave you a chance to clarify and you doubled down with personal attacks. I don't know why you are mad at me.

Sure.

I'll file this under let's wait until the prevailing winds shape the narrative to planted evidence by a partisan government agency.

Like I said, no one knew what was on Hil's servers - but it was enough for the FBI to open an investigation and for her haterz to screech about locking her up.

But now it's "hey now, let's just wait and see?" LOL

Hillary's server escapades cost her the presidency. So far Donny's only inconvenience is that the FBI found Melania's vibrator.

This is lazy trolling even for you.

I mock you because you aren't bright enough to grasp the meaning of the phrase "maybe he did, maybe he didn't" while followed by an explanation of why it didn't matter either way.

You should be embarrassed about not grasping that concept, but you aren't - which isn't off brand for you and why I will continue to mock you doubling down.
