Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

You assume they didn't tell him.
It’s not really that much of an assumption given the content of the indictment as it relates to the attorneys, they didn’t terminate representation before well into this process, and an attorney can break privilege to establish a defense to a criminal charge and at least one of these attorneys was squarely in the **** when this started and they’re the one who said they were asked to destroy evidence.

I’ve been solicited to commit crimes several times where it went beyond me telling them “that would be a crime and we’d both go to jail.” You’ve got to be order of the multi-colored coif and big red nose 🤡 to just go on like it didn’t happen. You end the meeting and send them a letter detailing the conversation, setting out the relevant criminal and ethical rules, tell them to find another attorney, and keep a copy for your file.

That’s how I handle it, and I’ve never had to explain to federal investigators why I induced a colleague to a false representation on behalf of a client.

Yes. We’ve never cried together over any election.
Nor have I; but I see you have some bizarre obsessive attachment to the fact that my daughter called me in 2016 when it became apparent that Trump was going to win and broke down a little bit during the extended conversation.
It's that obsessive desire of yours to continually bring that up after 7 years that lead me to believe you had no kids of your own;
but I've been in education long enough to be well aware that there are all types of "parents".

And sadly inept, ignorant “educators”.

But the Presidential Records Act of 1978 makes it very clear that the documents were not Trump's personal property. They didn't become his personal property even if they had been declassified. He should have handed them over to NARA upon request. The archivists were very patient with him. This is such a stupid hill to die on.

Wow, she's been shunned. You can tell she's pissed.

I'm reminded of that scene from Vanilla Sky where Cameron Diaz says she did an "act" that should mean something, right before she drives Tom Cruz off an overpass.

I hope you can take comfort in me raising my kids to be strong enough to not cry over a political election.
Nah, and I'm going to stick with my policy of not commenting on another poster's kids - or how I think they may have been raised.

A policy which is followed by any poster worth a damn.

Showered with his daughter via her own diary submission.... inappropriate behavior/sexual comments to and around kids....no one accused Trump of any of that till he became political
You are still bringing that up? If that diary didn't contain any salacious material when it was found ... it was damn sure going to by the time it was sold. The people involved had financial incentive to manipulate the contents.
