Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

You mean stating that "Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case. " - James Comey

This is just one example of Liberal privilege. As stated many times, the investigations by Trump would be accepted by many Republican if the accusations actually were true. Instead, distractions. Comey stated the accusations prior to the election were true. So law and order is accountability being held regardless of the letter before the name. Another example of liberal privilege, "no one is above the law" which is a phrase Pelosi likes to get news clips with. Unless your last name is Pelosi, then you had the law a card to get out of a DUI. But again, this is just conspiracy theory by the left because of lack of integrity or acceptance.
Imo the more damning statement:

To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. But that is not what we are deciding now.

So when they find just above zilch you’ll be on board with the payback from republicans in the not to distant future?

Let’s be clear. They will find nothing and the Republicans will be just as wrong when they come for payback.

stop being part of the problem
Upholding the law is being part of the problem? How else was the national archive to retrieve their documents? They asked, even nicely, for 6 months. You or I wouldn’t be given that same opportunity. Why defend Trump on this?

I didn't say Biden usurped the FBI to do this, don't put words in my mouth. I said Biden (his handlers) knew of and approved the raid, I didn't say they instructed the FBI to do it.
It's one thing to say they knew of the raid, it's another to say they approved it. If you're saying the FBI asked for permission to do this and would take the White House's decision as instructions to follow, then yeah, that is out of line and the White House is taking over the authority of the FBI.

I would bet that had the WH told the AG "no, this isn't a good idea" it wouldn't have happened. Again, just speculating off of past documented history of presidents directing the DOJ and I could very well be wrong and the WH knew nothing about it.

Meaning, average American don't try to draw comparisons to privilege we will prosecute you.
I figured it was more along the lines of "yea, we would move forward with this normally but since her name is Hillary Clinton, we're not going to."

If it was some other politician I think there would have been punishment handed down.

This coming someone that believes there is all knowing, all powerful, all good being that watches over you and cares about you... provided of course you worship him. Look around the world. Look at the suffering and evil endured by good people... hell, endured by children and tell me how you reconcile your god with all that.

I guess you never ask why you aren't one of those people eh?

You mean Trump was ordering Barr to do his job after it was found that the FBI lied to the FISA Court repeatedly to illegally obtain warrants to spy on him and his administration?

Yeah, sure, that is the same thing.
I know hypocrisy when I see it.

Trump supporters defended and even justified his tweets in October of 2020, which called for Barr to have Biden arrested... but now, Trump is the victim of persecution by a political opponent?

Sure.
Wouldnt hypocrisy be cheering the raid of DJT while defending the fact the others weren't investigated for more substantial crimes_

Not every family gets to meet with the AG on a tarmac while your wife is under investigation . Little link at the bottom might be why Comey said what he said.
