Why don’t you guys huddle up and decide whether law enforcement isn’t reliable and can’t be trusted not to plant evidence or whether we should let them have the discretion to prosecute people without any evidence.

So then do you favor clemency for all child pornographers and other criminals prosecuted based on investigations by the FBI or are you cool with the idea of people spending years/decades in prison based on planted evidence?

This makes as much sense as saying, "There is no way Jimmy Carter received 6 million more votes in 1976 than JFK did in 1960."

Biden stayed in his home the whole year except for the last month and then would have only a couple hundred people show up at many of his events. Trump was drawing thousands or even tens of thousands at his rallies. Biden was not generating enthusiasm on the election trail and if you know election history, enthusiasm is a key in turning out people to vote for you. The key was the unverified mail in ballots , many which were brought in by “canvassing” by Democratic operatives. The verification procedures for mail-in ballots were either lacking or ignored by some key battleground states. Since the lack of voter controls were not strong , it also eliminates the ability to prove it happened. We became a “Banana Republic” when the 2020 election was finalized and the raid of Trumps home further cements that fact.

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted Tuesday: “Look at what the DOJ did last night to President Trump, while it slow-rolls and looks the other way on Hunter Biden.”

“If they will go after a former President, they will go after you,” Pompeo added, referring to the proposed expansion of the IRS in the Senate-passed Inflation Reduction Act, which would purportedly offset new environmental and healthcare spending.

Since December 2019, the FBI has had a computer hard drive that formerly belonged to Hunter Biden. Documents on the device detail his overseas business income and contradict Joe Biden’s September 2019 claim that “I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

Delaware computer repairman John Paul Mac Isaac provided the laptop to the FBI nearly one year before The Post revealed some of its bombshell contents in October 2020, including evidence that Hunter Biden introduced his vice-president father to an executive from Ukrainian gas company Burisma — which paid the then-second son as much as $1 million per year to serve on its board — and emails regarding a proposed Chinese business deal that said the “big guy” would get a 10% stake “held by H.”

Hunter Biden recently paid the IRS about $2 million in an acknowledgement that he failed to hand over taxes on a windfall of foreign income. The funds reportedly were provided by Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris, but it’s unclear what strings are attached and the repayment doesn’t prevent prosecution.

Ahead of the 2020 election, 51 former intelligence community leaders — including five former CIA directors — said the cache of documents could be Russian disinformation and both Twitter and Facebook censored The Post reporting, with Twitter asserting without evidence that the documents may have been “hacked.”

Emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop indicate that Joe Biden, as vice president, attended a 2015 DC dinner with a group of his son’s associates from Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. A photo depicts Joe Biden posing with the Kazakhstani group and one day after the dinner, Vadym Pozharskyi, an executive at Burisma, emailed the then-second son to thank him for the opportunity to meet his father.

Trump generated all the enthusiasm that was needed from the Democratic Party side of the aisle himself. Negative energy to vote against a candidate rather than positive energy to vote for a candidate is just as meaningful.

What so many of your posts fail to account for, is the passionate hate that Trump inspired. The Democratic Party nominee was irrelevant in 2020... we were united by Trump.
