Appeal what? Does Trump need to now prove his innocence, or he's guilty of some heinous crime like keeping a McDonald wrapper?

You know, if Trump hadn't tweeted that a cobra had bit his fat ass - we'd never know that the FBI even went to his home to recover the stolen documents.

Appeal the release. He can squash it if he wants to, though it wouldn’t do much to clear his name if he is indeed being persecuted as he claims.

I believe I gave three choices that we are down to with trump in another post . We are going to have to eventually choose one or two , to make any of this make sense for you . (1)-he gets really good legal advise (2)- drunkly stumbling around in the dark , falling into piles of sh!t and coming up smelling like roses ((3)- all of our Intelligent agencies are inept .

He started the hurricane because he knew a worse storm was coming. It’s all about controlling the narrative and milking his rubes. They literally begged for donations within like 6 hours of it happening.

I believe they may have a little longer than that. If trump petitions the court to keep the documents sealed and the judge denies the petition the appeals could go on past the '24 election. Even if Trump is indicted the trial won't be over for a few years probably.

In part, it may allude to it. If it did not at least describe the issue, Trump would have released it by now.

Yep just look at them in this thread. They have barked and cried about Jan 6th and democracy. Yet they are all happy about the DOJ being weaponized. If this happened to Obama under the Trump administration, they would whining in the street. Liberals continue to demonstrate the low IQ and depravity we have come to know them by.

Does it? Can he release a sealed warrant? I thought when something is sealed neither side can release?
