Fentanyl Now Leading Cause of Death For Ages 18-45

I don't know about laced but it is much cheaper to buy off the street than the dispensary

No it isn't. I never heard of an oz of good stuff for $110 (after taxes) in my life. Never even heard of a 1/2 oz of dirt weed at that price.

You can pay more at the dispensary but it's always quality and they are always running good deals.

So there is no correlation between the porous border and the increase in fentanyl in the country. Hmmm never would have known.

Who cares if there is correlation? Everybody fkn knows correlation is not causation and getting the border "under control" will not even begin to fix the opioid epidemic. If it indeed has much to do with anything, it will just drive up the price and/or create other pathways. This must be y'all's first rodeo.

I don't think any border wall can stop fentanyl from getting here. A lot of it comes in other ways.
I do think that going after the cartels could be one way to make life better for people where those cartels operate. There are worse things than just drug smuggling going on. Cutting off revenue streams even if partially could help though.

I'm new to the thread but the alarming numbers are a little misleading. Fentanyl deaths have largely replaced other opioid deaths and then the remaining increase may be just related to Covid (depressed, unemployed people turning to opiates).

So yeah, fentanyl is bad but let's keep our heads.

This clip is hilarious and people are unabashedly using fentanyl to scare you.

Thanks for your typical unfounded opinion.

Where else is the drug coming from?

You think the border is the only way to get it here? You think the border can be secured to the point that we control its flow? I got beach front property for you in KS.

If only there were a tool that would you help you be as knowldgeable as me on the subject, in the blink of an eye.

Locking down the border would solve many problems. Itโ€™s not even debatable.

Na huff said itโ€™s China not his beloved Mexicans that are walking across the border with drugs. Or even dumber maybe people are turning to harder drugs because theyโ€™re unemployed with everyone hiring or theyโ€™re depressed over a pandemic thatโ€™s over.

You must be high.... or just arguing to argue. I don't believe that you believe relationship of the porosity of the border and the increase in fentanyl death is irrelevant. You aren't that stupid.

Pathetic that you know the prices of drugs so well. Lame.

Please provide the proof that getting the border under control wonโ€™t help to fix rhe opioid problem.

So when Biden was installed and turned the border into a sieve, allowing some 4? million illegals to literally walk in... we then began to see a drastic increase in fentanyl death... but there is no correlation whatsoever.

First drugs, then oil, now Mexican cartels turn to human trafficking

Fentanyl is just the tip of the iceberg. The fentanyl issue can't be solved by just cutting that supply line. Fentanyl abuse and drug abuse in general would take several different avenues to adequately address and different people would need different plans. There is no one size cures all for everyone. Cutting the fentanyl supply may cause something worse to replace it, like krokodil.

I think the subjective intent of the policymaker is relevant here. That these two keep ping ponging back and forth with who can appeal to the lowest common denominator the most, cost be damned, says a lot about their character.
So the leading cause of death is not a concern, fentanyl, and just politics. But the like 20th cause of death for that age group, Covid, is not political. And like the one millionth, about 5 below space aliens, Climate Change is the number 1 issue?

So LG is accusing the right of politicizing fentanyl deaths because that drug comes illegaly from mexico?? That's what the left does. They don't want to fix the root but would rather accuse the right of politics
