The number for 2019 is either 21 or 22. We can back count a scholarship to 2016 for Brooks, and one to 2018 for Antonutti. That gives us a total of 23-24 initial counters without blueshirting.

We signed 19 in the ESP and picked up Solomon, and yes he does count as an initial counter. That puts us having used 20 of the available 23-24 available spots.

IMO we have either 3 or 4 spots remaining without blueshirting or forward counting transfers like CJP did last year with London and Chryst.

Harris is questionable, but to answer your question.
Wright
Bogle
To'oto'o
Haselwood
Williams
Best DL prospects we can get.

Still love to hang on to the hard commits, but that's not looking good for that to happen for various reasons.

Solomon is the transfer from michigan right? If he has to sit out a year can it not count for next year?

I thought we could only sign 3 more ... since Kennedy, Christ and London counted against the 25 for this year - we are at 19 now ..... anybody know different ?? And I think there will have to about 7 more players leave to fit all these under the 85 limit.

Tanner Antonutti and Devante Brooks took the medical retirement option giving us 2 more spots. And I wouldn't worry about the 85 number. There will still be more attrition.

If he enrolls this winter as a mid year enrollee then he can either count to 2018 or 2019. If we had an “extra” 2018 spot, he could use it.

Atleast that is my understanding of the rule.

We need to sign Dylan, Dylan...Dylan Dylan and Dylan!

Nah, but who I would like to see us get based off of probability
1) Darnell Wright
2) Harris
3) Russell
4) Cox
5) Dayton Wade!

He most likely will be positioned by the staff to count against next year's class, creating room this year for someone else. And there could be one or two more who due to needing time, strength and conditioning, will be maneuvered to do the same to get the most out of this class. Without knowing full details, they could commit anywhere from 1 to 8 more. Just have to see how it shakes out.

Hampton will likely go to the MLB if not though I'd take him over Jay

Transfers DO NOT count against a class unless they are grad transfers.
I disagree. There's nothing in the rules that exempts a transfer from counting against a class. In addition, this article quotes the LSU compliance officer as stating "Transfers have always counted toward a program’s 25 new enrollees".

Current class rank

Below is a graph that averages total recruiting points for the top ten teams in the last 5 recruiting cycles, from 247.

For example, the last five #1 recruiting teams averaged 316 recruiting points over the last five years. The last five #2 recruiting teams averaged 307 total recruiting points. And so forth down to #10 that averaged 266 total recruiting points over the past five years.

Right now UT sits at 256.9 total points for the 2019 recruiting cycle, and sits at #13 at the 247 site.
If we add Wright to the current list, we bump up to 267.6 points, which is typical of a #9-10 rank.
If we add Wright and To'oto'o, we bump up to 276.09 points, which is typical of a #8-9 rank.
Adding Wright + To'oto'o + Bogle gets us to 282.9 points, which is typical of #5-6 rank.
Adding Wright + To'oto'o + Bogle + Hampton gets us to 288.97, which is typical of a #4-5 rank.

Wright seems very likely, which nearly guarantees a finish around #10.
If the cards fall right and the moon and stars align, then somewhere between #5-10 would be possible.

As the 2019 class stands right now, Pruitt has assembled a group of overall higher quality recruits than any of Dooley or Jones' classes, and is the highest quality of recruit since Kiffin's class. Adding Wright and another highly rated recruit, it could surpass the quality of Kiffin's and could be the highest quality since Fulmer's 2005 class.

Fulmer did have some below-par recruiting classes in his last half dozen years.

Pretty impressed with what Pruitt has done with the 2019 class, given the mess Jones left us with. 8-10 wins next year should put us in even better shape for the 2020 class.

Too many moving parts. We've got 3 commits, don't know for sure if we'll keep all of them, and other schools have players to add, which will include some uncommitted 4 and 5 stars. I think 10-15 is realistic after all the dust settles. We may do a little better if we steal another big player or two.
