Final Season Record Guess 7-5

Missouri on the road worries me as much as Georgia at home. Kentucky could have 2 open dates and were still gonna whip them. UConn and Vandy should be wins. I think we are at minimum spliting Missouri-Georgia and we win the rest. And yes we do have a chance to win out if we can get redzone issues fixed. I think either 9-3 or 10-2. GBO!!!!!
I've consistently said that this was a 7-8 win roster. Anything more than 8 wins is a really solid season given our limitations and injuries. 9-3 would be amazing. For that to happen, Heupel will have to stop his riverboat gambler routine. This dude might be an offensive guru, but some of his decisions are suspect. That sort of thing might have worked at UCF, but in this conference, it's gonna get you beat more often than not. This is back to back weeks that he's going to have to self assess some critical decisions.

Serious question, is there anything Joe did or didn’t do tonight that would make him lose his job? 2nd half sucked, but I think we were more out talented than out coached.

Not really. He was better than last week, at least in the first half and didn’t really “lose the game”.

I disagree on the talent issue though. Bama looked about the weakest we’ve seen them yesterday. Definitely a beatable team. Problem is we came out in the 2nd half playing some weird version of Butch-ball where we went conservative to “not lose” and look how that ended up. That will not work against Bama, no matter how strong or weak they are.

Couldn't run the ball other than Joe.. Biggest thing in the game. No Jalin Hyatt for teams to worry about either. Playcalling could of been better but Joe was going to have to tote the rock a lot. Not sure you want him running that much. Bama is still just a little better overall and should be. They've been stacking classes for 15 years.

Beginning of the season, I thought 9-3, but I’d take 8-4 right now. Offense has been disappointing and Heupel has to take a hard look at his OC at end of the season.
We have an OC ? I though Heupel was calling plays ? Yesterday, I thought, he needs to hire one ( someone who can mix it up and come up with some variety of plays) They need to practice all week on scoring in the red zone

Bama is definitely down compared to their NC years, but if you look at the composite rankings, our roster isn't even close to theirs. They're #1, we're #16.
