I agree. He is nothing special without his coordinators. Dinger is good but he's battling cancer. I'm wondering if the RB coach going to USC has anything to do with CJ's disappointing year so far.

Years of overachieving finally ran out. Bottom line, when your team consistently fails to address needs in the draft, it is bound to catch up to them sooner or later

If this team has overachieved I have set the bar way too high.

I thought this was a playoff team too. Was until Vince Young stopped playing. The offense has 74 total yards.

Fisher is a good coach.

Bad drafting and the player you pin your future on turns out to be a bipolar disaster of a QB. The end result is a bad football team.

VY took over an 0-3 team as a rookie to go 8-5. The defense allowed the most points in the NFL.

He also took over an 0-6 that lost 59-0 to go 8-2.

The team has been much worse without him. 0-3 since he got benched I believe. Were 5-3. About to be 5-6.

I'll never understand why VY takes all the blame. Oh well... I look forward to finishing the season 5-11 and going 2-14 next year.

I'd say he should start with firing Chuck first. Fisher may want out now that he knows he has to put up with baby Vince again.

That's not the only reason. He gives them a better chance of winning than Collins. Who can they get in FA or the middle of the draft?

i wasn't saying they could.

it just seemed your college affiliation might make you kind of more sided with young in pretty much a majority of situations though, I could be wrong. That's all. Nothing harsh

I could see how would think that no problem. Atleast I'm not saying they shouldve kept Simms lol

me either,he wants to win and fisher is a conservative guy.that creates a lot of conflict.

a lot of vince's problem IMO is that he never felt he had the team and he could get benched at any time.they tried to make him into something he wasn't(traditional pocket passer)he'd screw up and get booed for doing something he didn't want to be doing in the first place

i was a fisher defender for years and while we never had huge names on our teams.the postseason is always a disaster.you shouldn't go 13-3 and lose your first playoff game
