I don't see any team from one of the smaller conferences ever making the playoff. Memphis should get a spot in a New Year's bowl if they win out. WE can see them against a major opponent.

And BTW the big joke is Notre Dame at 5 imo. All other one loss teams besides Temple should be above them.

I'd rather go to a Big 6 bowl and lose than go to a pat-on-the-head-aren't-you-such-a-big-boy-how-about-a-lollipop bowl and win. But, to each his own.

If Florida wins out they're in the playoffs. I wouldn't doubt that happening

I don't see it that way at all. If the committee is doing their job, Bama would be in as well. They are #4 currently and beating LSU is theoretically a better win than anyone else will attain. If Bama goes to #3 next week and Ole Miss wins the West and Florida wins out, they should both be in. Not saying it will happen because this comittee is heavily Big Ten biased!

Lol exactly. That's what I was thinking. We have a much better "excuse" for some of our games than "we committed 5 turnovers at home so it shouldn't count". Let us explain away our losses haha.
