Starting to get worried about Hurd.

Scared the coaches are screwing with his vision with this 'get low' crap. If you're going to blow out a knee you're going to blow it out regardless of how 'low' you are.

Upright runners like Eddie George and Dickerson made careers for themselves with their high vision of the hole.

Payne is not "seriously undersized". Maybe a little short but not much, and his weight is perfectly fine.

Where do you get the idea about Creamer? Is this something you have read from a legit source or just pulling this from your bum? I just don't see why they would move him to OLB but then use him at WR. If they need a big body at WR they have options.

He was/is listed on the roster as LB.
The practice video the other day showed him running routes with the WR.

It's hard for me to take these media guys analysis seriously. When you make the statement that Owen Williams "needs to work on his conditioning, STRENGTH and quickness", you kinda lose me at that point. I mean question the conditioning and maybe quickness, but by all accounts he may be the strongest guy on the team so how do you question his strength? And wasn't quickness one of his positives during recruitment?

Kinda reminds me of the article I read about Bray after his freshman season that said he lacked arm strength. SMH

Glad you also caught that...lost all credibility with me. I just stopped reading when he pulled that out of his a$$. Hell I coulda come up with those same "evaluations" just by recycling all the position cliches like he did.

Hurd - Tennessee Stud! He gallops like a strutting Tennessee Walking Horse. Also in a tribute to past RBs - The Galloping Ghost!

According to Treece today, Creamer is not playing nor has he played any WR this Spring. He has been moved to LB and is only taking reps at that position. Said he doesn't anticipate him being moved

Running low doesn't affect your vision.

And those guys weren't running upright when they were entering the LOS.

Well, I think AJ had a solid position too. But he was used as a situational RB in something called a beast Package. Mostly goal line scoring situations and a few short yardage events. So it's nothing unusual or surprising that creamer could be used as a situational WR. Knowhutimen?

I'm sure Payne will be fine a lot of the time. He may be a Darrel Green type player. But don't be shocked if he gets out jumped by some Dorial Green-Beckham dude. Darrel Green had his bad days too due to size disadvantage. but most of the time, he did freaking good.

As a Redskins fan, I'd welcome any comparison to D Green. He compensated for his lack of size by playing an outside technique almost all the time. Seemed to work out well for him.

Am crazy for thinking Payne could turn out to be a Tyran Mathieu type of player minus the baggage? Both shorter but make it up with athleticism. Iirc Payne was taking reps at kick return or am I thinking of someone else?

Would love to see us in a bowl against USCw, Hurd pile up 150-200+ yeards, we win by 20. Then all Vols fans shouting, Hurd's too soft! Hurd's too soft!
