First Injury report for Georgia shows Nico - Questionable

I was really hoping to get Bishop back this week. I know Dsamp is the man obviously but I really liked the 1-2 punch of Samp and Bishop. Lewis is great but he is a freshman so I’m hoping he doesn’t get shaky in front of a liquored up crowd.
And D Samp is banged up. Lewis concerns me in a high pressured game in Athens, esp pass protection.

For as much as Kirby talking about being banged up, I expected to see a longer list.
Same. First time our injured list has been longer than our opponents all year it seems. Not good. Plus, and I know it doesn't show up on this list, but MSU battered us! That was a physical football game. Lots of guys banged up but playing anyway.

Does anyone else feel that Heupel is leaning towards thinking Nico isn't going to play and wants to give Georgia every indication the chance of him playing is 60-40 without lying?

Yeah, Sampson got banged up. We're blessed he's a warrior and played through. Really was hoping to see Bishop back. Lewis has been good, but I'd feel much better knowing he was backing up Bishop if Sampson went down.

But, it is what it is. I have faith we can win this game, they've got some dog in them.

More concerned about Thornton than anyone else. We are in trouble without Nico, but Thornton has been our big play specialist.
