'21 FL CB De’Shawn Rucker (Tennessee signee)

@Pacer92 Any idea of his time?
I was curious as well so I looked it up and he ran his best time last week at 10.74

I've always wondered what is considered elite speed in high school and I found this website: It shows the times required for scholarships in track and field for the different college divisions. College Track Scholarships. Colleges-Track and Field Recruiting.

That time would easily get him a scholarship at most D2 D3 or NAIA schools and is in barely within range for a D1 scholarship. His long jump distances are also in range for a scholarship.
