If I was Kiffin, I would stay right where I am right here in Boca. He makes over $1 mil per year and no pressure at all and has a lovely $2.2 mil home right on the water and I can't see Kiffin leaving this for just a OC position at Miami.

In a relatively low pressure job. Does he make 1 mil tho? Thought it was a little south of that. I keep telling people Lane has changed, here is more proof.

Yeah but when a player signs with a team he or she can't just leave if there dream school has a scholarship open up. Coaches should have to sit out a year just like the players.

Yep he is over a mil per year. Honestly, I really think he has found peace and settled down and became somewhat humbled being in Boca and not having the pressure on him and spotlight all the time. He spends a lot of time with his kids and going fishing all the time when he isn't coaching and recruiting. He has a beautiful home on the water so besides more money not sure what else one could want.

Boca is one of the nicest places to live here in Florida if you have money which he does. Boca is very nice and family oriented and very low crime rate and pretty much most of the residents here in Boca are higher middle class to rich to super rich and wealthy so he doesn't stand out because $1 mil per year in Boca isn't nothing. That's pocket change for most of the residents in Boca where homes go for $1 million up to $15 mil or more especially in Highland Beach area of Boca. They just built some fancy townhouses in Highland Beach that start at $5 million for townhouses right off the beach/ocean.

I know people rave about Florida's West Coast. Personally, I'm partial to the laid back, Treasure Coast. Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon, coupled with more outdoorsy atmosphere with Blue Collar mentality much more suited to this feller.

There are some rich folk in Del Boca, you're right.

Just referring to the time frame of hiring and quitting. At least we had Kiffin for a year, and not less than three weeks. LOL, could have worked out to our favor. Who knows?
