I thought they said they wanted a skilled, experienced, and already seasonal coach this time around? That’s all I heard today was Lane Kiffin, Mike Leach, or Fuenta.

Wow Diaz just straight stabbed Temple in the back. I understand the decision but coaches should stop asking players for loyalty when they only care about themselves. Kiffin X's 10

He would have never took Temple job if he knew Richt would retire. Richt retiring was out of nowhere. He only retired because he got killed on bowl game and knows team will be horrid again next yr. already had the Miami alum way too public with the hate. I can't blame Diaz at all here. Dream job

Fortunately for Diaz there's enough talent just in Brevard, Indian River, Lauderdale and Dade Counties to fill an entire NFL roster. It's crazy. That doesnt even tackle the West Coast (of Fla).

How Miami isnt in top 10 every year is beyond me.

I’m saying neither are elite. It’s what holds them back.

They weren't elite in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's either. The U sold Miami area players on a dream of playing together, staying home and proving Miami is the best football area in the country.

His dream will turn out to be a nightmare probably...just like Kiffins.

That is true, but no way I'd want to play for that pathetic fanbase.
