No. As soon as I have the signed contract, I'll have a UT player hand deliver it to Fulmer, who will prove or disprove Caleb's claim in writing. Or I could have a member of UT's legal counsel walk it over. I won't be in town or it would be great fun to do it myself.

To be devil's advocate here, even if they were silent, I don't think any UT would put it in writing. Not sure there is a real way to prove it one way or another.

Scenario 1: they have silently committed but end up not publicly committing and never sign with the Vols.

Scenario 2: they end up publicly committing to the Vols and ultimately sign with the Vols but never really silently committed.
