Only reason we are 6th is based off what other teams (excl usc) have done the past few seasons. Most of the order from the top 10 is from preseason rankings on how teams have done recently.

I never said we wouldn’t be fine. Takes elite talent to build something special. He won’t make or break our class or what we do as a program.

Francis is also (in addition to being PAID!!!) being told “come be a part of fixing the issues you see on the field…we need you to help us get better” and he’s obviously buying it. Not sure anything will change his mind.

Miami might be guaranteed more money up front but that program doesn't have fan support. With what Tennessee is building he could make more money through NIL at Tennessee. Also it's about who's going to get you in the position to make the real money in the NFL.

I think our OL is doing really well this year. We have a few good OL committed. Would be nice to get him, but for the first time in years it seems we have an actual OL coach that will get players in the league

Would love to have this guy. But we offered too much, and still got out bid.

We don't need an elite OT, or even LT to run this offense.

Carnell Tate is the same. Look how we just reload at WR without overpaying.

I'm all for these kids to get their paper, but Tennessee is on the rise because they are getting good coaching and good transfers.

The success of this program will be based on QB who can run this offense, and straight ballers on D. WR and even OL are lesser needs.

It’s why Bama, Georgia and even Ohio St are strong. But Clemson has had very little blue chip OL…they’ve won with QB and defense.

We have one elite recruit in OL lineup and are doing pretty well. 6th man is a lightly recruited Juco and 7th man is a former walk-on. Yet we have the top offense in the SEC.

Is it finally time to accurately say this about a coach? When it comes to offense, I fully trust Huepel. Not like when we said it about Dooley, or butch and pruitt…. It like really why is anyone questioning offensive recruiting. I want elite players… but Huepel will get what he needs regardless.
