'19 FL RB Noah Cain (Penn State signee)

What other RB dominoes? I know he's definitely a take for Texas, and it sounds like Penn State has been telling him he'll be the next Saquon Barkley.

Cain readily enjoyed his first look at the Vols, admitting he has lots to think about between now and his decision at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Cain is an Under Armour All-American and early enrollee. The 5-foot-11, 215-pound tailback was surrounded by Tennessee commits and top targets over the weekend, with the Vols making a strong push just days before the early signing period.

I didn't know what to expect to be honest. Coach Pruitt and his staff have a plan now. They're definitely going to be back on the rise in the next 2-3 years," Cain said.

"Their big pitch to me was come in behind those boys. They're going to run the ball a lot. ... They will most definitely have a hat on the table. They want me to come help them out and get them back to the glory days."
