‘23 FL WR Aidan Mizell (Florida commit)

And this is why our pass rushers from 2022 and 2023 are SO crucial. We're playing against this kid for 4 years, and the only thing that can slow him down is the QB not being upright

You act like this dude is the next coming of Randy Moss. Like he is unguardable. I really like Mizell. He is gonna be a Vol on NSD. But even if he doesn’t, he isn’t a WR we haven’t faced before.

You will see

What gives you that thought? The fact that he’s a double Florida legacy? The fact that he grew up a Florida fan? The fact that even our recruiting guys have said he’s going to Florida? The fact that our coaches have moved on and offered other WR? The fact that he’s 100% CB’d to them?

Please give us a reason you keep saying this when everyone else says he’s not coming here. I just wanna understand if you have some piece of info no one else has and we have a chance, or if you’re just holding out hope with orange tinted glasses on

You have to be a clown to not pull a top 15 class at Florida every year. Just look how many of their commits are instate. We are at a MAJOR disadvantage when it comes to instate talent compared to our rivals.

Number of top 250 recruits (247 Composite):
Alabama - 18
Georgia - 23
Florida - 51
Tennessee - 4

To make it at UT you have to be successful recruiting all over the country. It’s what Fulmer did and what Heupel is doing very well this class.

Gut feeling

We already knew that, man. He will never, ever play football for Tennessee. But y'all are getting a bunch of other great players, so this game and rivalry is bound to reignite into the national spectacle that it used to be.
Yes he will sign with UF, but to say he will never play for x team in the future. None of us know what the future holds. He may transfer in the future, nobody knows. We will see what happens over the next several years.

I guess that's fair, they say you can never say never.

Are you guys still talking to Big Georgia Train? You see the only thing BGT likes more than Georgia is being consistently and absolutely wrong about everything related to Tennessee Vol football. He acts like we can get this kid despite everything being stacked against that then acts like it’s some kind of failure by the coaching staff bc we didn’t land a Gator legacy.

Dude nobody takes you seriously. Take a nap. I like Georgia? Lol. I probably have donated more to TN football these past 4 months than you have your entire life. You are one of those childish posters that can’t give credit to other programs. I get it. One day your voice will deepen and the other will drop.

It’s not a failure if we don’t end up with Mizell. We have some great WRs in this class. Seldon and Leacock are studs.

I don't know if Nico qualifies. When he picked us, all anyone could talk about was his NIL deal, which was leaked before he actually committed IIRC. The media does not like for us to have nice things, so they try to taint it every chance they get.

But this kid is picking Florida.

Confirmed. He even committed with two little baby alligators.

That's based on nothing. You HOPE he's Butch Jones, but I don't think he is though. I like Heupel a lot, so I think the games will be super fun and competitive along the way.TSIS deserves to be a marquee game again.
JMO, but I think Napier's success will ride on his coordinators. He seems like more of a CEO type head coach, which isn't bad if he makes the correct hires. I wouldn't necessarily put him in the category of defensive or offensive genius like a Saban or a Heupel or a Spurrier.
