A commitment this early means next to nothing, but hey, the kid appears to be extremely talented. We'll see if this one sticks.

Rival Challenge WR MVP in Orlando.

Youth was served at the wide receiver position as Manuel, a 2020 from Vanguard, won a tight battle for Wide Receiver MVP honors. The massive freshman stood 6-foot-5 and looked like a future defensive end. But when running routes, especially off the line of scrimmage. he was all wide out. He has double digit early offers from the likes of Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, Miami, Louisville and others.

Not bad for a Freshman. I hope the staff comtinues to build relationships and get a hook in him early.I

It is hard to imagine him being a bust... this will be one helluva tough hold for 2 1/2 years though.

Just messing with you. Hopefully we can get him to stay a Vol

I deserve it. If this kid ends up as highly regarded as we think and in orange it will be the biggest recruiting coup of Butch Jones' career.

Going into Ocala Vanguard and taking a top recruit that Florida wanted is almost unheard of.

Hope he sticks, but even if he doesn't you have to love this commitment because it means the Vols are making noise and resonating with young talent.

Let's just be thankful that 2020 kid from FLORIDA mind you even is considering us at this point and even committed to us. Its a long way, but enjoy the moment without all the negativity. Hes really that good. Hell be a 5* no doubt. The staff will work to keep him I promise you that. When we win this year, a lot more will follow.

If he's 6'4" and 194 or whatever as a high school sophomore then I'm thinking DE.
