Florida Game Time????

Shows how far the rivalry has fallen if it is, indeed, a noon game.

A friend texted me last week to tell me it would likely be at 7 or 8, so I'm still rooting for that. Noon games are nice if you want to watch other games that day, but...it's Florida week.

Its not just about getting wasted. Theres plenty of time to tailgate, fire up the grill, drink some beer, listen to pregame, watch other games, drive to the game for people that dont live in Knoxville, play some corn hole, throw some football, and still make it to the Volwalk and the POS band.

Do you understand now?

Yeah I read an article awhile back (it was talking about how cbs had the best deal in college football) and They are the only major broadcast network that can show SEC vs SEC. All others have to be regional or cable, etc.

Noon games are nice if you're taking your mom or dad or your kids to the game or something but if youre going with friends, a noon game is never a good thing IMO

Ya that'd be great! My cousins have all grAduated and none can make it for that game so we wont know anybody, and I've never been to Knoxville. Just going to go down there and wing it and, have the time of our lives!

Well at least you dont have to worry about tailgating now (crappy noon game). Hopefully there will be a good party afterwards though.

two games in a row at the worst possible time??? that sucks! 12 is too early for a game---i'll have to stay up after friday night partying and head to the tailgate party after a quick shower

I'm actually stoked about the noon kickoff. Not that I mind doing it, but I don't have to get up/stay up until 0200 or later to watch the Vols play (yes, I watch every game from over here) and then I'm tired as crap on Monday for work. With the noon game, it comes on at 1800 over here!!!! PERFECT!!!!

I know, I know.....not a VFL, it'd be different if you were here, you're not in the States.....yadda blah blah.
