Whatever. Couldn’t care less. We historically can’t beat UF if they have a great coach, a mediocre coach or a bad coach. Hopefully, finally, in my lifetime, we’ll hire a coach that somehow, some way will change this 40 year trend.

Kelly fits the Spurrier egotistical mold. Not sure how his fast paced offense will fit in the Florida heat.

That was the story on Finebaum. Jimbo Fisher to UT? He is a West Va native whose mother lives there. Knoxville a lot closer to home for Jimbo. Bringing Sanders and Graham with him? His 2018 recruits include some BIG lineman going to high school in Georgia. We could use some big lineman, a good Offensive coach(es), some alums coaching again, and solid QB coaches. Just saying.

Florida doesn't piss ass around like UT does. If Jones had been shown the door like he should have been after the Vandy loss last year, UT wouldn't be sitting at 4-6 right now and trailing UF in yet another coaching search this year. Decision makers at UT have shown their clueless more than once.

Jon Gruden and Manning steps in for a one-year gig as QB coach.

Kelly didn't scare any DC's in the NFL. His system secrets may be out of the bag

Don’t feel too convinced of this, but I really hope he’s been figured out by this point. I wouldn’t want him here because I feel like the gimmick wouldn’t work with so much speed in the conference, but it makes me a little nervous to face the system every year considering how well it played out at Oregon.

Well he played auburn for the title and yea they lost but that was cam and fairley lol they beat everybody and it was only by 3 points in a surprisingly low scoring game 22-19

Oh ya and they lost on that crazy mike dyer play where he wasn't really down

The secret is... he really doesn't have anything other than a gimmick. He couldn't run is super super stupid Rico ball and he is just an average OC.

If Kelly to UF does happen then you throw enough money at Frost to make him say yes. The combination of knowing Kelly's offense and having been a D.C. at Illinois makes him the perfect guy to best help us navigate the east. Guarantano might flourish in a similar system and he could help our defensive staff come up with packages that can defend concepts that Kelly likes to run.

Average OC that was smart enough to have Marcus Mariota and Johnny Manziel both committed in the same class

Face if the man knows offense and is perfect for what Uf needs

Would be a great fit if it happens I'm happy af

If, and I don't think he'd take the offer but if, Bob Stoops is offered the Gator job and takes it you can look for the olde bawl coach to be his offensive coordinator....possible Charlie Strong coming back to run their defense.

Actually, we need to establish the best clock-eating running game. That's how you beat Chip. 42 minute TOP and 400 rushing yards until the high-powered offense in yawning on the sideline waiting their turn.

His defenses are his weakness and it will remain the same at Florida despite the greater talent pool because it is built into the scheme and Chip will not adapt for SEC play.
