Majority of people in and around the Abingdon area I know or have met are usually Tech fans. Hokie this and Hokie that, don't see too many Wahoo fans around there.

Correct. Been here about 30 years. Remember VT’s first win against the Cavaliers in 90’s and felt Beamer and VT were bad winners that day and saw Beamer run up the score several times since.
I decided I would rather be a Cav fan and it’s been a long time for Virginia to develop the program. Hope they can continue to build.
