Florida Looks Very Beatable

If we had Casey Clausen in his prime, I'm with you. He never lost in the swamp. But bad QB play dooms about any program.

It is our (TN) luck that Vandy will squeak out a win against FL and we will lose by 35.

UT should match up reasonably well along the LOS. Neither team passed well. Both teams ran well. Neither played a good opponent but FAU is better than BGSU. "Inferior" implies a wide margin of difference. That's probably not the right term. UF is likely a better roster overall. The one thing that may help UT is that they'll likely be coming off a complete beatdown by Bama.

We will know a lot more about UT after Pitt.

The difference is Mullen will turn his QB into a legit SEC QB by mid year

Gators have a two QB controversy it seems. Emory Jones looked confused and slow at times. Then they put in a freshman QB, Anthony Richardson who was tearing it up! Looked like Lamar Jackson out there pulling off several decent runs. Not sure if he can throw at all, but clearly they got issues at QB.

Ain’t nobody worried about Richardson

3/8 40 yards
7 for 160 and a score

Defend the run and they’re a sinking ship

You've been wrong on some things but you were right on this and our UF poster blasted you for it.
Yea, I’ve been wrong on some things, but it’s just where I’ve heard from a guy that has been around in Florida, say that he knew in practices that Emory has been struggling throwing the ball, and turning it over a lot.

Seems someone starts this same exact thread every year. I have seen UF teams block each other, tackle each other, almost lose to horrible teams, replace starting QBs in the first or second game, etc. Yet, somehow, every year, they know how to beat us. Whether a hail mary, a TD on 4th and 15, getting the only TD in a FG battle, coaches going off the chart, etc....they always find a way to make it hurt.

With our record vs. them, it is a loss until we prove we can win.

Isn't UT 4 and 23 the last 27 years against UF or something ridiculous like that? Who the hell is claiming we win the Swamp, something UT hasn't done since 2003? It's even worse because I was there in 2003 and if you would have told me UT would be this bad against Bama and UF since then I would have bet my entire family tree. Even if UT was top 10 I wouldn't be confident UT would beat UF. Certainly not this year.

You’re a gator fan - got it
