well, to be fair. they beat a top 25 acc team....UT lost to SEC top 25 teams....it is very different

And so many people have talked **** about our win over the pack meaning nothing...

The only games they have gone into hyped up all year was against us and this game; you see what they can do.

Went to Tempe in '99 with my brother & his GF at the time (now my sister-in-law).

We were hanging out in the fan area next to Sun Devil Stadium in the 3-4 hours before the game.

Some FSU fans walk through and see us, then one of them starts trash talking like "we're gonna kick your ass, blah blah blah".

So I retort with a chant of my own: "NC State, NC State, NC State"

FSU guy shuts up and flips me a bird.

For anyone that doesn't remember, NC State beat FSU early in '98. Weinke threw 5 INTs that game.

on a side note...this also brings us closer to the chance potential outcome scenario of

"what if the only 1 loss teams make the BCS and OSU is undefeated? Would the AP poll (which still ranks teams with bowl bans and is independent of the BCS) put them at #1? And if so, do they really get to count that championship?
