All year, every year. All part of the ABC/ESPN sponsored Big 10 hype machine. It's why the Big 10 seems like it gets the Heisman 4/5 years.

USC vs Texas..USC was a lock last year..Texas wins

UF vs OSU..OSU was a lock to win....

Funny how every other year we have a team that just can't be beaten and are locks to win and it seems to go the other way.
