Florida vs Troy game

So, do you guys think a sloppy, close win by Florida would help or hurt the Vols next week? (And by close, I mean less than 2 TDs)

Do you think they would be re-focused by a close game, or would doubt creep in slowly?

I don't think it matters. Florida's play and outcome doesn't affect Tennessee and their game plan.

ummm...

The rain is no excuse... Troy has to play in it, too, and it didn't affect Florida last season when they hammered FSU 45-15.

What it really is is a slow start. For whatever reason, under Meyer, the Gators always get off to slow starts offensively to begin the season. I don't know what it is, but it's been a problem since he's been here.

That's because it's Troy. Troy did lose to the clawfense last week. Their D is hardly a brick wall. UF will face a MUCH stiffer test next weekend.

The biggest thing that stands out to me, is their running game is worst than last year.

how'd the td look? i can't watch the game. good execution or cheap?
It looked like Tebow had time to read a book standing in the pocket and then he threw deep into double coverage and got away with it. Should have been at least knocked down.

Troy's usually a decent team, but I think we can pound the rock and control the clock on these jorts wearing pansies.
