I'm not looking for any other information. I comment that it is funny that he comes back just in time for conference play, and I responses that marginalize that first conference game because it is Tennessee. Lame.

So in your opinion what would be the proper punishment?

I've always wondered what a drunk gator looked like. Any video? Please link if so.

Death.

Honestly, college teams are too light on DUI's. it should be half the season. I realize that Tennessee has major problems in this area over the last several years, as well.

I'll tell you this, if this happens again, he should be off the team.

Actually, I agree.

Driving drunk is right behind loosely wielding a firearm. I put it behind that only because the drinking sneaks up on you whereas going to a party or a bar strapped is inviting trouble.

I agree that if it happens again I'd boot him. And I'd tell him so ahead of time.

I'd be okay with that too.

From all accounts Hammonds was a good kid and an excellent student.

That said, if he has another lapse in judgment, he shouldn't remain on scholarship.

Real question is, did he have any panties on his person at the time? I hear that's the cool thing these days.

good to see c_meyer work so hard after that brush with his illness just to keep his arrest per year record the tops in the SEC.

really? so what's Mark's arrest vs CUMeyers?

Use the search feature on this message board....or better yet Google it and do your own homework.

It's been discussed ad nauseum here over the past year. UGA and Penn State have both had more off the field issues than Florida over the past 5 years.

Well, being so quick with a non responsive answer my guess was you had the answer in your back pocket and could share it easier than searching thru these forums or google.

MOST top programs have embarrassing issues with kids breaking the laws.

That's not new info to those who follow college sports.

See you next month...

and UF is blazing that path for others to follow. It got you a couple of NCs and that's all that counts.

No, it doesn't.

But, maybe you can encourage the athletes at your favorite school to get arrested more often if you believe that will bring more championships.

I believe you can win without unruly, arrogant kids.
