awww how cute. she does sarcasm.
here are the pesky facts if you care to read:
Arrested Tennessee players won't play - SEC Blog - ESPN
happened the 12th... didn't speak up until 13th
oh my and looks like here's more
Tennessee's Kiffin dismisses two players involved in armed robbery - NCAA Football - CBSSports.com
like he needed a weekend to think about dismissing armed robbers
and you are the last person that should be crying homerism after responding to a bama comment on richardson's arrest:
Students arrested for DUI can face a minimum of one semester suspension because of UF's DUI policy, according to Student Judicial Affairs.
The difference in the incidents being there was a question of guilt and of the facts in the armed robbery. Lane Kiffin did not know who was involved and to what extent. Once that was verified he dismissed the players who were found to be involved
There is no question of guilt when you fail a breathalizer test. NONE
Urbie did the right thing by suspending Dunlap, but if he plays in the bowl game he will still have missed less time than Janzen Jackson did for a crime that he was acquitted of.
Also parsing the comments made by those close to the situation, Urban Meyer would not have suspended Dunlap had the choice been his.
Finally
We will see if these rules apply to star athletes.
Congrats for Urban for handling this situation well so far. Maybe he's learning from some of his past mistakes
1) He didn't take a breathalyzer. You really hurt your credibility when your first point is based on a factual error.
2) How do you know what Meyer wanted to do? You got that there ESP?
ummm if you refuse a breathalizer by most state laws that makes you defacto guilty. you'd think a laywer would know this. . .
welcome to VN kriffle
I believe that most of the comments are about the lack of punishment brought down by CUM.............. unless he feels pressured by the media, etc. as happened in the eye poking incident.
