You are much more likely to believe in a conspiracy theory than I am. And I'll admit some CTs are intriguing.
This food plant damage is a weird coincidence for sure but the premise of why and who benefits and to what end is quite a big leap.
I retain faith for other areas of my life. For CTs, I need proof.
But you can't say why it's weird for a local butcher shop to have a fire. Or for an empty warehouse to burn. Or for a small airplane to crash in bad weather.
Yes accidents happen. Small planes go down in bad weather occasionally. The plane that hit the "major food plant" did minimal damage. So how many times have you heard about this many “accidents” happening at major food plants around the country before? I mean planes hit major food plants all the time right? Or maybe every few years?
And these “accidents that happen so often” occur shortly after the president announces major food shortages will happen BEFORE they actually happen right? Cool man. I would love to read about all of that.

I asked for proof and you offered me "common sense". It may surprise you to read but I think I am exercising more common sense than you wrt this topic.I would ask you to use some common sense. Weird coincidence? That’s convenient. I know how you view me. That’s cool and I get it. So by all means just keep on believing that all these food plants being damaged is just pure coincidence. Like I said, much easier for someone like you to process and handle.
Yeah put me down for that last one. Unless you are playing semantics with your alphabet agency.I asked for proof and you offered me "common sense". It may surprise you to read but I think I am exercising more common sense than you wrt this topic.
Here are recent conspiracy theories which captured many minds and developed a devoted community who "knew" it was true:
Wayfair child trafficking.
Pedophilia cabal.
Barack Obama fake birth certificate.
911 inside job.
Timothy McVeigh was a patsy who didn't bomb the Murrow building.
Oh, and remember the Satanic Cults who were abducting and sacrificing children in the 80s?
There are also people who believe:
birds aren't real
the earth is flat
we didn't land on the moon
tornadoes selectively attack mobile home parks
the fbi watches us through our computer camera
The people who "see" these as true are completely convinced it is common sense and those of us who don't believe have our head in the sand.
Food for thought.
I added one to your second listI asked for proof and you offered me "common sense". It may surprise you to read but I think I am exercising more common sense than you wrt this topic.

Thankfully me and my NSA handler Steve get along most of the time.
You described more than a few of these conspiracy nut jobs on here.I asked for proof and you offered me "common sense". It may surprise you to read but I think I am exercising more common sense than you wrt this topic.

What discourse though? The one saying Biden is crashing planes into food processing plants to cause shortages? Anyone believing that is beyond help. They've shown that no amount of facts about the situation will make a differenceBruh. I think that addition may not be helpful in furthering the discourse.
I think there are several tech moguls who cover their computer camera. My best friend does, too. I know the agencies collect data on us. But I haven't ever had someone explain a rational reason my why those agencies would spy on us through our camera.
I think it is interesting to understand how or why people think the way they do. Of course, some thinking or beliefs defy understanding. What discourse though? if nothing else it shreds a little bit more of your privacy. Not all of us are voyeurs.Ok. Don't they already have unlimited, unfiltered access? What does having an image or video of you at your computer do to enhance what they already have?
So the spying is psychological? We behave bc we're watched? They use it against us as part of a legal case?if nothing else it shreds a little bit more of your privacy. Not all of us are voyeurs.
They can also prove it's you. Watch your reactions, tell if you are doing whatever for fun/enjoyment, or because you stumbled across it.
It turns a he said she said event into a Rudy Guiliani yanking it to someone he thinks is underage.
Also the camera view range extends beyond you at your desk while you are on the computer. A decent number will have built in speakers/mics too. And then you are picking up conversations beyond visual range.
We already know our phones are listening to us with targeted advertisements, a couple phones in the house and you are hearing pretty much everything and potentially seeing a decent bit too.
Same thing they do with the rest of the information you already accept they are collecting.Yeah. What does the FBI or other agency do with the camera footage. Is it...or how is it...used against the individual? How do they "get you" with it?
I agree they could.Same thing they do with the rest of the information you already accept they are collecting.
Use it to get bs warrants. Use it to end your career, especially if you ever end up an elected official. Give it to the media, even if it doesnt end up in a circular reference chain for a warrant they can use it.
