For or against Penn State?

I was for Ohio but I get no joy watching Penn State lose, those PS players had nothing to do with the scandal.

Yeah, we'll see about that. They better get used to losses like the loss today.

Wins and losses don't matter to them they are showing up in support of the team and university it's a different fanbase and if your not from or around the area you won't understand

Are you serious?

Stop trying to act like PSU fans are a superior to all other fans. They like to see wins just like any other fans. Attendance will suffer when losses pile up year after year.

No one said they were superior but they won't stop showing up either not one person on this team was involved in the Sandusky thing. So they are rallying behind them and everyone acts like they lose 1 game now they will have 20 ppl in the stands next week. The sad part is the Penn St community has let this go its the rest of the world who wants to bring it up daily. I wonder a couple year ago when those priests were touching little boys did they shut down church's? Stop you from donating money? Only allow you in church certain times? No it was a mistake by a sick person who is now in jail cause he broke the law and is a felon. That is over an dealt with the NCAA had no right to step in. This is how I feel and I'm not going to continue to argue it neither of us will change our opinion so let's agree to disagree.

I know the current players had nothing to do with it, but I'm sick of hearing why I should pull for Penn St after the Sandusky mess.

I wanted them to lose before, and I still want them to lose.

You don't have to pull for them if you did not like them before that fine but Im just tired of everyone bashing them all the time

This is pretty much how I feel. I'm tired of hearing about Penn State every time I turn on ESPN.

Then go to a Penn State forum. I'm sure Joe Paterno is still deified over there.

What he did was wrong yes and you will never see me defend him. Penn st has been around for over 150 years and they will continue to exist. Paterno did great things and donated a lot of money to that school and yes he probably could have done more, but let's not forget that Sandusky did these things and 50 years from now Paterno will probably still get the blame and not sandusky

As much as I want to root for Bill O'Brien, and him being an outlier among the Belichick tree, I'm not sure if he will be able to appease his fanbase for long.
