For those of you who are scared of Mizzou

Mizzou threw 4 interceptions and still only lost to Florida by a touchdown. Their mobile QB is getting healthy. He presents 2 problems: he can run and throw. Our problem is we can't stop anyone. Not good for us. I don't believe their secondary can cover our WRs. This should be a high scoring game. Their offensive rank is low because Franklin had been hurt most of the year.

At some point it should start getting better.

We re goin the wrong direction.

He's nice man. He's just not the coach many want to make him out to be. He'll get his $ but he needs to be released and sooner rather than later. I see no benefit in keeping him until the end now. It's clear to all but the most ardent Dooley fans he needs to go. Name an interim and let's start the search.

Yes I know we'll make them look better, but I thought it was worth a mention.

How many people were scared of Troy or Akron for that matter?

We should destroy Mizzou... We'll see what happens.

this is for a select few on here who apparently don't get it.

some of you are still stuck on stupid.

seriously.

tennessee has won 1 of its last 13 conference games. the last win was in overtime against vandy at home. they lost to kentucky playing a wr at qb.

yet, some of you are still going to look at some sort of statistical ranking regarding your opponent and act like "no problem, we've got this". how some of you can witness what you have and be dismissive of any opponent is beyond me.

you need to wake up and smell what you are shoveling.

tennessee is a bad football team with a bad football coach and has a history of mailing in effort.

tennessee may very well beat missouri. wouldn't shock me in the slightest. but, to look at any game on the schedule and not be concerned is total insanity

They put up 62 points against the only team they played that didn't have a defense.
Is Tyler good for 9?

I know. I just think it's easier and cleaner once the announcement is made and he's released. KY handled it well. Make the announcement and let the chips start to fall.

Regardless, I will be in attendance on Saturday.

As will I. I always hope we win but even more so this game. I have several friends from Mo coming to the game. Getting in on Thurs for Golf etc then the game Sat. I really don't wanna have to listen to them for an entire year.

You talkin bout old people?
Most of us remember the traditional TN teams.
Stop um dead defenses and average to good offenses.
You know, back when we played for NCs.

This will be my first Neyland game in 12 years. Kids, divorce and recession....
Can't tell you how excited I am.

what you didn't mention was that Troy was ranked 80th in Offense before 12pm this past Saturday.

Mizzou won't go for 700 yards and 50 points.
But they will get somewhere around 500 and 35. Gonna have to out score everyone else we play.

There has to be a change. That was the worst defensive coaching I have ever seen at UT. That made "third and Chavis" look like a positive situation. Ridiculous. Oh by the way...Chavis did it again against Alabama. Loved it.

Yeah Right..LSU ahead with 1:34 left in game and Bama drives on the Bend but don't break Chavis defense to WIN...Seen it a dozen times @ UT..No thanks No Chavis..Only wins with talent and not coaching schemes..

I love how some of you blame Chavis for that LSU loss. That loss falls directly on the idiocy of Les Miles. All and I mean ALL coaches use a prevent defense. Every single coach in college and NFL uses a prevent.

But hey, you're right. Our defense is so much better since Chavis is gone... My God the lack of football knowledge amongst some fans is truly amazing.
