My moment is everytime a Vol player screws up , walks to the sideline and completly ignores the coaches that are trying to correct the previous mistake. The coaches have lost that grab you by the face mask spit flying make sure you never make that mistake again. The result is a player that thinks they are entitled instead of deserving. Example Micheal Rivera after the special teams screw up, and everytime Bray walks to the sideline. Dooley has no control.

Though I don't post very often, I would have to identify myself as a sunshine pumper. I'm done, Dooley needs to go but, only if a big name (Gruden cough cough) is brought in to replace him.

If they can't get a top shelf coach to replace him with, then keep him. I want him gone. But only if we do it now. not end of season.I want to secure recruits between now and the end of the season. Gruden-great, Strong-great, Kelly-great, Carroll-great, but if they are gonna pull some crap like trying to get Stockstill from MTSU then just keep Dooley.

With the exception of Gruden, none of those coaches would drop everything and come to Tennessee during the middle of the season.

Gruden included, none of those coaches would come to Tennessee period.

Wish I could edit my original poll. How many would list the management and coaching of this game as the one that put them over the edge?

I was really upset after the second half of the Mizzou game when we dominated the first half and lost.

When they hired him I went nuts, but I always supported him while he was coach. I was more impressed with his staff and hoped they could make up for his incompetence. I was wrong. :banghead2:
