Former Pearl Assistants struggling (split)

Juvenile? No, I was offering up a business proposition.

I'll give you one thing though. At least you figured out at a young age that you'll never make any real money working for someone else.

Hold up. Are we supposed to aspire to work for someone else?

sorry dude. i was just generalizing but we have had alittle bragging in this forum. He's got 115 properties and you dont think 6 figures is all that much money.

I don't care if he has 11,500 properties. That doesn't necessarily mean you are making a net profit. The larger a company gets, the harder it is to manage especially a small one.

Six figures on the low end isn't much money. Can people get buy with it? Sure, but that is peanuts to people who are dealing with larger sums of cash flow.

How is that bragging?

you dont think that saying you have 115 properties and that 4 would be alot of money fo OrangeBalls is bragging.

How about" I dont mow trailer parks there isnt any money there"

Him saying that The guy who mows my lawn could by you out isnt bragging.

How about the lower end of 6 figures isnt that much money.

Him having 115 properties is about as accurate as his supposed baseball career and lv being top 10 in tn hs bball history.

As for pl3, broad generalizations may win the heart of folks like OrangeBalls who can only make one argument. But it doesn't make it work on everyone with a tad bit of sense. You could have said, for example, that 20 somethings are the only folks to dabble in drugs top take an edge off.

Might fit in a small way, but let's face it, we both know better.

His referencing my company as me being someone who mows yards to survive was the reasoning for me saying how many properties I manage. My bad if that so offends you.

And any chance I get to belittle the two clowns in here, I'll take it.

Yea because one could never get that many properties over a decade. Must be sniffing again.

Yet, you're failing miserably.

Well it's not intended to brag. I have contemplated selling it out many times, but it's nice money to have and honestly I don't do much with it accept sign checks at this point.

In all honesty, 115 properties is not a very large number. There are guys in this area who have upwards to 200 and can bring home rather large amounts of money.

NYYVol has a big Mexican flag draped across the back of his pickup with "Gonzalez" in script. Of course, the Virgin Mary air freshener tops it off as it dangles from the rear view mirror.

It's great that you could build it while playing travel ball and college baseball. Really fantastic.

Had a childhood friend who went in with me. I bought him out when he decided to go to college five years ago.

Next.
