Any team lead by Button I would not be super excited about. At times his performance was dreadful. He seems to be very affected by a bad car.

In the right situation, he is one of the best. But when the car isn't to his liking, things can get very mediocre. I will say this though; In changeable conditions, I want him as a driver. He has a great sense about tire choice and progressive traction situations.

I'm more excited about Perez. Everybody knows what Button can do. I wonder if the team has ideas for another driver next year.

Perez will be interesting. He showed brilliance at times last year, but he seemed to drop off once he got that McLaren contract signed.

I think they will roll with this line-up for a few years. Although Button isn't the one of the top three drivers on the grid, IMO, he is still a great driver and worth keeping.

Oh man. I am not sure. I tend to forget about the testing stuff by the time the season starts. If I get a chance I will try and find out for ya.

Nbc sports is showing all the sessions speed used to. Friday practice and Saturday practice will likely be streamed online.

I'm kind of sad I will not be able to see practice. But hell yeah one step closer to full time on the big three network full time

Oh, sorry. I should have been more clear. It looks like Friday practice 2 will be on tv as well as qualifying.

Others are claiming that all practice sessions will be on tv.

i haven't payed any attention during the offseason as far as the broadcasts are going to go. i caught the Countdown to F1 on NBC this afternoon, are we really stuck with these morons again? i don't mind hobbs, don't mind buxton, but i think i'd rather have varsha back and get rid of matchett

Nah, Keep Matchett. He occasionally give insight. This past year Varsha constantly messed up names and just made a bunch of simple errors. Along with being way too opinionated for a play by play guy.
