Just read it. I hope he never coaches CFB again and goes to jail for the maximum amount the law allows.

That's perhaps the worse written piece of "journalism" I've ever read. A lot of "may have's" and "allegedly may have's" in there. I take that article with a whole carton of salt.

I'm not sure if there's really any way to prove he told someone to do something because everyone wants attention (except the Vandenburgs of the world), but it's still pretty disturbing.

When a player gets put under oath it's tough to not tell the truth. I wouldn't doubt the story on bit.

That's the editors covering their asses. It's the same reason reporters refer to murderers who are caught with the smoking gun as "suspects" until they're convicted in court.

Can't say something definitively happened in criminal cases until after the trial. Otherwise, you open yourself up to lawsuits for slander if they're acquitted.

That said, I would say publishing the article in the first place is questionable, unless they're very, very confident in their sources.

Normally you are innocent until proven guilty. But when it comes to sexual accusations, you are guilty until proven innocent. Sad but true.

If this is true, it should be worse than the PSU penalties

what a sicko. We saw what happened to Penn St. after their defensive coordinator's actions. Franklin is a head coach. Character development?
