"Quality" is a relative term.

What wouldn't qualify as a "quality" win at most programs very well might at Vandy.

I don't know who that guy is... but, that's stupid. Penn State is around a top 10 job. I think the top 20 schools or so fluctuate as being top 10. People say Tennessee isn't that great of a job anymore but we know it is and if the Vols start winning, they'll be considered a top 10 job again. And other schools currently considered top 10 jobs, if they're struggling, they won't be considered a top 10 job at that time. People view it as what have you done lately.

Georgia, due to injury or other issues, played that game without Josh Harvey-Clemons, Ray Drew, Todd Gurley and Ramik Wilson. Those are absolute key players for Georgia. Georgia was not a quality team with those missing players. Take 3 or 4 key players away from any team, and they will struggle.

So, again, name one quality opponent not decimated by injury that Vandy beat due to Franklin's "coaching prowess".

It's very difficult to dismiss his achievements at VU. He only coached there three years. With the full support and resources of PSU, I expect he'll do quite well there. We'll just have to wait and see.

He's on 104.5 from 12-3 every day in Nashville. That was a dig at Frank when Frank tweeted out immediately after Hurd committed to UT. Frank said that Vandy isn't for everyone and that some people "settle" in life. It was a dig at Frank and why he put it in quotes.

Aaron Murray alone was more effective than any 5 of Vandy's players. Even with injuries the talent gap between Georgia and Vandy is massive. That was a good win for them.

Aaah, got it. Makes sense... didn't even consider the quotes. I took it as literal. Probably because Vanderbilt fans said Penn State would never hire him after the Sandusky molestation and the Vanderbilt rape taking place. They were proud of that being the reason Penn State wouldn't hire their coach... not to mention, they actually think Vanderbilt is a good program while Penn State isn't that great of a job. Because you know... a stadium that holds just under 40,000 is as impressive as a stadium that holds 100,000+. Vanderbilt is honestly one of the worst jobs in a major conference. Not only is their stadium pathetic and small, but they also have high academic standards and play in the best conference in the country. It's just a flat out terrible job imo. A power house in a lesser conference is more impressive than Vanderbilt if you ask me. Vanderbilt outside of the past couple years has always been a bottom feeder and they'll continue to be so soon enough. It really is a terrible job as far as being a football coach goes imo.

I get we don't act much better, but it's hilarious how quickly they are turning on Franklin. The most hilarious posts are the ones that are asking why PSU would even want someone that had a rape charge on his watch.

I'm amazed they think anyone would stay there long term. Unless I have a family member seeking long term care @ VUMC (which is admittedly a damn good hospital with great doctors in this region), Vandy would always be a stepping stone at best to me.
