Just got home from 3 nights at outer banks, and one night in Virginia beach. Gonna grill, relax, and watch football tomorrow, then off to California for a Dr visit God willing Sunday.

Still on my diet...12 pounds down after 24 days and 10 more to lose to get me back to college weight. So I'll be having bacon, eggs, butter, beef, and sardines. The diet I can actually live with...#Dr. Berry, #Dr. Boz.

First game this season for me. My family and I just rolled in to Knoxville and the toddler is bouncing off the walls. My buddies and I are going to the game tomorrow. The wives and kids are going to watch together after the tailgate.

I brought my white pfg shirt and white hoodie. Not a spec of blue in my wardrobe. I haven’t yelled at traffic, kid, nor anything else. I’m saving it for the game. Go Vols!

Coached my youngest sons flag football game tonight, and am coaching my older sons Pop Warner game tomorrow. Have to win to get into the playoffs. Hoping the Vols are taking care of business by the time I get to settle in and watch

Hanging out at my parent's lake house tonight before heading to pick up my sister in Murfreesboro tomorrow on the way to the game. The whole family is going to watch the Vols stomp the gators Saturday night! GBO!!!!
