Recently got me a pellet smoker, I've had a charcoal one. I can't wait to do a brisket. Gonna practice with chicken and ribs first.

I've always been tempted to get a pellet. I've been using my egg so long that I'm afraid to branch out though. I'm doing some ribs today and enjoying the new outdoor kitchen and arbor the contractor finally finished yesterday. I've got a 96 can fridge, a 32 inch natural gas grill, a blackstone, and a niche for my egg now. Oh, and a TV mounted. I might never leave.

I had some real concerns against Arkansas, but I don't have those concerns tonight. I think last week's loss will light a fire under the team tonight and we play well on both sides of the ball.

It might have taken all day, but it looks like baked whiting and sea bass is on the menu for the game tonight!
