I've always been tempted to get a pellet. I've been using my egg so long that I'm afraid to branch out though. I'm doing some ribs today and enjoying the new outdoor kitchen and arbor the contractor finally finished yesterday. I've got a 96 can fridge, a 32 inch natural gas grill, a blackstone, and a niche for my egg now. Oh, and a TV mounted. I might never leave.Recently got me a pellet smoker, I've had a charcoal one. I can't wait to do a brisket. Gonna practice with chicken and ribs first.
