My husband has to work all day tomorrow, so it will just be me and the pups watching the game. I've spent this evening planning out my day - going to get up tomorrow and slow cook a chuck roast to shred. Then, tomorrow afternoon, I'm going to put a big pot of vegetable beef soup (with aforementioned shredded beef) on to simmer. At halftime, I'll whip up some cornbread, so I'll be eating good by dinnertime. And leftovers will be waiting on hubby when he gets home.
