Freak's night before the UGA game admittedly off topic thread

He was the last great kicker we had. Although palardy has been great this season IMO

Palardy was hitting 69.6% of his FG before this year (71.1% including this year). That's 6th best in UT history, and I think everyone can see how much better he's kicking it this year. He may have been one of UT's all time great kickers if his talent hadn't been so mismanaged.

Just a thought bothering me we are wearing our greys i for 1 hope UGA wears their red's grey will blend in with white in shady areas. And the refs could tell us not to if thats a problem they did it to SCAR last year.
*smokeys

Time to hit the hay. See you boys at the Big House tomorrow. We'll be in section G. Standing up and getting rowdy.

I can honestly see Maggitt red shirting

I could see it going either way. It's just a weird situation. I mean, he's been cleared by the doctors for how many weeks now? Yet he doesn't think he's ready.

Seems to be guys are usually wanting to play before they're ready, not vice versa.

Whatever the case, I hope it works out best in the long run for Maggitt.

I'm guessing Palardy isn't a big Dooley fan.

Be loud volatil. Thanks for stopping by and hanging out with us. :hi:

Later Vol fans. Got to get up early for the game. 1130 here in AK. For those going to the game have fun. Wish I could be there.

Butch's comment on Maggitt was interesting this week: "Still out".

I'm anxious to see if Devrin can make it back for South Carolina.

On kick returns, I think Toney looks more comfortable returning kicks than Dallas did. Anyone agree or disagree?

I think Dallas could do a lot better if he wasn't running into traffic all the time. Eventually someone needs to point out it's perfectly acceptable to move away from the middle of the field and head up the sidelines. Kids got some moves, so I know he's capable.

That's my point. I don't really understand his tactics. He looks like he's just closing his eyes and running forward. I'm sure theres a reason behind it, but....

And back to our DL discussion, I think Corey Miller is another guy who's showing he's capable of stepping up.

We've got some free football in this Nevada SDSU game on ESPN. Headed to OT tied at 44.

Guys, what are your bold predictions for the game? Below are mine:

1. The vols force 4-5 turnovers and one of them is a pick 6 by Sutton.

2. Palardy makes a 49 yard field goal to win the game.

i like your thinking, Sutton has been a nice surprise with his efforts on the field this year, his future is a shinning star

and what can you say about Palardy,he is doing the best since he has been a Vol,i hope his new found confidence spreads to the rest of the team today

hmmmm there is another reason Freak

I just watched world war z. Pretty good movie for the ppl who haven't seen it.

So, is there a game tomorrow or what?

Anybody have any special plans or GameDay menus prepared?

40 lbs of pig and 10 lbs of cow, with a few other barn yard animals thrown in for good measure. No bark bark though, just don't think that would be very good. GBO!
