Then perhaps there’s a criminal element. I already said it’s not, IMO, a 1A issue. But what is the legal recourse when a group publishes flat out lies? If there’s no legal pushback then, as I said, just run ads that expose the Left’s lies.
Democrats are very skilled at spreading their bull ****. I don’t have an issue with DeSantis trying different methods to counter what the pro-abortion element is pushing. Even if there is zero chance of winning a legal case, the free publicity brings it to light.
Weird that none of you free speech warriors have discussed this one. Almost makes me think you don't really care about free speech, because it really doesn't get much worse than a government official that holds the highest executive position in the state trying to silence core political speech.

like most people who don't live in Florida, I hadn't even heard about this case. seems like the federal judge made the right call here.
