Never said the games don’t matter, or they ever gave up. Just the possibility that we see more of them, especially this weekend.

ND isn't losing. Texas "should" beat A&M. Bama isn't losing. Uga Isn't losing. Best chance is Uf to upset Omiss, but that's a tall task. Strange things do happen in November.

That "Need 1" list is rough. Chalk will tell us that none of that will happen, but stranger things have happened in CFB. ND is probably the weakest link in that chain, as I cannot see UGA, Texas, and Bama losing. Florida vs Ole Miss is pretty intriguing too, but OM knows they cannot lose another game.

Rooting for USC, Florida, and OSU to win leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I'd add that Vandy over LSU would strengthen our argument against Ole Miss. Not by much, but every little bit helps. We need the Vandy game to look like a solid road win in the eyes of the committee.

It would also be nice if South Carolina would lose. When discussing Ole Miss everyone wants to talk about the Georgia but equally as impressive is the 27-3 win over South Carolina in Columbia. That win continues to look better and better as South Caroline has looked like a playoff team ever since.

I'm hoping that fact will cause butts to pucker when things get tough in the swamp. Remember, they lost to Kentucky AT HOME.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Williams transfers out, not sure why he doesn’t play much but after seeing all the drops we’ve had this year I’d bet there’s people in his circle pushing him to go elsewhere.

Think Penn State losing to Minnesota or Maryland would get a 10-2 tennessee in though very unlikely either of those teams beat Franklin.

So many different possibilities. A 10-2 season still though at the end of the day with a freshman qb is pretty special.

lsu is a mess. I think Kelly is done. Vandy could pull it off, coming off a bye, healthier.

Gotta be honest. The fact that they're still rolling with Thornton and banged up Bru and Squirrel despite our passing game being so pedestrian tells me that Matthew's might not actually "deserve" more reps. For whatever reason, if he were able to get lined up and run the correct routes and not whiff on blocks, the staff likely would have tried him by now.
