I gained about 10 in July from a low of 198.2 on July 2. Now back down to 198.6. Refocus.

I would like to hit 200 here in the next couple weeks going on a hike so it serves double duty. Training and weight loss, making it easier both ways.

Had a 2 1/2 day refeed during a family all inclusive vacation. Should get a fairly good drop next week when that begins to flush

152.3, down 2.3 pounds. Artificially low though. I got that post vacation water drop and have refeeds today and tomorrow. Probably total about -.25 next week as that balances out.

About 7 pounds to go

152.3, down 2.3 pounds. Artificially low though. I got that post vacation water drop and have refeeds today and tomorrow. Probably total about -.25 next week as that balances out.

152.1 down .3 pounds. Looks like I was spot on.

Next week should be normalized and I expect to be between .6 and 1 pound lower. Let’s see.
