If I don’t make it to 160 by 12/31 then I’ll just change my catchphrase to “160’s by 60”. I’m almost there.Turn 60 on Dec. 31. “160 by 60”. Twelve pounds to go in 28 days. Doable, but I’m going to have to increase the exercise levels. I will not lose it by eating insufficient calories, it’s just not a healthy way to do it.

I reached my goal of being in the mid 170s before my vacation (which starts tomorrow). I hope I don’t gain too much weight over the holidays. I am definitely going to be having a few egg nogs, yorkshire pudding, and Lindt Lindors. The key is savoring small portions. If I’m still under 180 after the holidays, I’ll consider that a win.
