I'm stalling out. I really want to run but I hurt my knee so I am limited in what I can do.
It just means that 200# is your new anchor point! You’ll be back there soon.200.0 on the nose for my Birthday. This week will be bad though.
Ate out for both meals yesterday, and had some beers, and made cookies.
Eating out for lunch today, eating said cookies.
Eating out for dinner tomorrow and having a few beers.
Eating out thursday for lunch.
And besides all the extra eating, I am running three less miles based on circumstances.
