Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

180.8 this AM.

Not sure what's going on- not eating particularly badly. I HAVE started a lot more weight training rather than running daily, so I'm wondering if that's got something to do with it.

Probably putting on muscle
 
Down a lb to 215. Gotta eat super clean this week. If I can drop 4 lbs then I’ll have hit 50 lbs overall
 
Started a weight loss challenge with my buddy. By May 1st I want to be at 200.

Weighed in at 215 today
 
My wife told me yesterday that I can't lose too much weight because my head's too big for my body.
