I struggle with calorie intake also. I’ve started to brush my teeth and/or rinse my mouth with mouthwash when I get hungry and that kills my appetite. At least for awhile.I'm up to 205 and I'm having the same issue. My only solution has been to drastically up my exercise and I just got an exercise bike. I'm not looking fat really but I'm turning into a bowling ball. Need to manage the cals bad.
