After losing 40 lbs in 2017 (235 to 195), I have slowly crept back up. I stayed below 200 for about 8 months. I hovered around 205 until COVID hit. I have gained about 15 lbs in the last year. My breaking point was last week, when I weighed 219.1.
So, I’m back to counting calories. It was a good week and I’m down to 213. Goal is 195 (or at least below 200). If I’m diligent, I think I can do it in 4 months.
